King Paul and Queen Carol called out representatives of the five Baronies, that is, Calafia, Angels, Isles, Three Mountains, and Madrone, and, since some of these Baronies had not previously received charters, chartered them all five, and gave the governance of the Baronies into the hands of their seneschals.
