Inept Engineers & Purpose
The main purpose of the ship is to have a very good time, and to the individual it varies, that is why the Inept Engineers have a diverse set of people. There is no single unifying era or aesthetic that describes the group as a whole - as they like to say, their ship has wandered to many places and welcomes many personas!
Defining Characteristics
The Inept Engineers' defining characteristic is that everyone has an ineptitude - and that's not only OK, it makes them amazing. Other strongly held principles are that each person should get to choose their own level of involvement (whether that's a little or a lot), that they help each other, and that no one should drink the Ship's Water.
