THL Ciorstan MacAmhlaidh was been active in Caid for 31 years. She started out in Dreiburgen, and was part of Lyondemere since 1979.
Lady Ciorstan was known for her work in 16th Century English and Scottish culture, singing and playing instruments such as the guitar and dulcimer, and her extensive knowledge in textile arts whether woven or knitted items.
