| At a New Year's Eve party at the home of Troklas Kuzn and Yolanda Kosima the populace of [[Dreiburgen]] signed the petition requesting Baronial Status. The petition was accepted by the King at West Kingdom Twelfth Night, 01/05/1974. In March 1974, the SCA [[Board of Directors]] accepted [[Waldt von Markheim]] and [[Alison von Markheim]] as Baron and Baroness of Dreiburgen.
