The Honorable Lord Avenel Kellough is a founding member of The Household of the Blackened Pot and an inactive Veteran of Drafn. Currently, Avenel is the Deputy Marshal for Fence for Calafia, and is Brigadier for the Steel Brigade.

Persona

Avenel is an extremely temporily confused individual. He started as a 13th century English merchant living in France, somehow ended up as a Varangian Guardsman in 10th century Constantinople, and is now in Elizabeth's England, learning to fence like an Italian.
