Persona

Lord Felipe de Trujillo is a Spaniard who has set out to find his fortune in the world. In my youth, my favorite stories were of my ancestors who fought to take the castle of Trujillo from the Muslim control. When they thought all hope was lost, they were blessed with a vision of the Virgin Mary of Victory (Virgen de la Victoria) between the two towers of the castle. This gave them courage to press on and capture the castle. The thought of the Virgen de la Victoria showing favor to my lineage gives me courage to face what I may while traveling the known world. My dream is to make my fortune and return to my home town to ask for the hand of my Lady Eva Goch in marriage.

Early on in my travels, I was befriended by the Duchess Faizeh al-Zarqa. I currently make my home with Kabila al-Raqs B’Saif in which I am the squire to Sir Andrew Baird.

I am known as "Flea", seeing as Felipe was too difficult in the Persian tongue.

My favorite things are to cook and tinker and learn from many of the arts. Particularly culinary art, woodworking, metalworking, and intriguing art of belly dance.

Favorite Volunteering Story

One GWW I was working the toll booth, I mean gate, with my girl. I started greeting people with lines from Wizard of OZ, Star Wars, Monty Python and other random gate keeper movies that popped into my head. We were having great fun, until I ran across a car driven by young kids that didn't understand why I was looking for droids. I was dumbstruck. My girl directed them to the troll tent while I tried to still processes the unthinkable. The next car was full of friend I hadn't seen for a while, and there was much squeeing and hugging.

The two hours passed quickly, and we had a lot of fun, and got invited to several camps to join in their festivities.
