From the South Take the I5 north to Hwy 14, head north on Hwy 14 towards Palmdale, exit Ave L head West, turn South on 55th St West. The park will be on your right hand side at L8 and 55th Street West. From the North take the Hwy 14 South, exit Ave L and head West. Turn South 55th St West. | |||
Event description: | |||
The Barony of Dun Or invites the populace for a day of fun and celebration for our anniversary. The theme of the day will be Castles, Knots and Dragons. Fighting will be a bear pit style for both Heavy and Rapier fighters. We will have “Bowling for Peers” and a scavenger hunt. We will have an Arts and Science and a bardic circle using the themes of the day. We will be awarding prizes for novice, (under 1 year in art) intermediate (over 1 year in art) There will also be a silent raffle. A bagged lunch will be served for a small donation of $5. Lunch will consist of your choice of a sandwich, chips, fruit, and a baked good. Drinks will be Lemon-aid, Iced Tea, and Water. There will be an auction to benefit the Barony. Donations are welcome, please contact the event steward for more information. | |||
