Baron Charles of Dublin, KSCA, OL. Charles was elevated to the Order of the Chivalry on September 17, 1977 by Paul and Carol, King and Queen of the West. He was elevated to the Order of the Laurel for Bardic (Vocal Performance) and Numismatics on  Nov. 21, 1987 by [[Hanno and Cassaundra]], King and Queen of Caid.

A Short Report of the Pensic [sic] Wars:
 
It was wet. It rained a lot. [[Charles of Dublin]] was introduced to grasshoppers. It was wet. Fashions at the Pensic Wars included Hefty garbage bags with arm & head holes, & tied at the waist. It rained a lot. Lots of grasshoppers were smuggled into California because it was too much hassle getting them off of & out of the tent before it was rolled up. It was wet. West Coast SCAers are considered uncouth because they travelled 2500+ miles & then wanted to fight instead of stand around in the rain while the Kings judged an arts contest. It sure did rain. Lots.  -- Combined report of [[Robear du Bois]] & [[Martin the Temperate]], who would more likely prefer to remain anonymous.
