On December 11 there will be a Mini-Tourney sponsored by Viscount [[Gregory of York]] and [[Balin of Tor]], held at the Calafia Circle in Calafia (Balboa Park). It is a one-day event (bring your own lunch). The lists will be for 3-man melee teams chosen at random with a maximum of 1 knight on each team. Only 2 shields may be used per team and a kite counts as 2 shields. Prizes will be for 1) Winning Melee Team; 2) Winner of the Croquet Match; 3) Caid Battle Song (sponsored by Lord [[Charles de Rouen]]; and 4) Satire of a Fighter Poem (no one in particular is to be satirized--just fighters in general) sponsored by Lady [[Natalya de Foix|Fiona]].
