| At a New Year's Eve party at the home of Troklas Kuzn and Yolanda Kosima the populace of Dreiburgen signed the petition requesting Baronial Status. The petition was accepted by the King at West Kingdom Twelfth Night, 01/05/1974. In March 1974, the SCA [[Board of Directors]] accepted [[Waldt von Markheim]] and [[Alison von Markheim]] as Baron and Baroness of Dreiburgen.
