The Canton of Steinsee invites the populace of Caid to celebrate our anniversary with the first event of the new year on January 3, AS XXXII. We will hold a double elimination tournament and arapier fighting. Games are planned for young and old alike. The ever popular stone tourney will be an all day game, along with fire starting and activities for children. An arts competition for all ages and any medium using the colors of Steinsee - Sable, Or and Gules (or black, gold, and red).

Our revel will include dancing, so bring your dancing shoes. If you don't have dancing shoes, the twelve princesses will be happy to lend you theirs (tell us where this tale is from and you'll receive an extra stone). We have a beautiful new site with lots of room, so bring your pavilions and celebrate with us!!!

SCHEDULE OF THE DAY

  • 7:00 am Site Opens
  • 9:30 am Opening Court
  • 10:30 am Lists close; Closing court immediately follows end of tournament
  • 9:00 pm Site closes.

This is a wet site. Plenty of crash space is available for those who chose to use it.

The warriors having recently returned from a raid, have some plunder for sale. If you want to sell some of yours or buy some of ours you are welcome to join our bazaar.

The site fee is $3.00 for the day. The feast is $5.00 for adults, children 4-12 are $2.50. Please bring your feast gear and candles.
