Lord Brynjólfr Brandsson (or Bryn for short) joined the SCA in | Lord Brynjólfr Brandsson (or Bryn for short) joined the SCA in 2008. After attending newcomers classes, his first event was [[Baron's Feast 2008]]. He and his lady, [[Dyrfinna Drengsdottir | Dyrfinna]], both discovered thrown weapons at the 2010 [[Calafia/Gyldenholt Friendship Tournament 2010 | Gyldenholt / Calafia Friendship Tourney]] as part of the Highland Games. He latched onto the thrown weapons community and has served offices at both the baronial and kingdom level, rewriting the thrown weapons handbook in 2015 with help from the community, running many competitions, and even winning a few. Lord Brynjólfr Brandsson (or Bryn for short) joined the SCA in 2008. After attending newcomers classes, his first event was Baron's Feast 2008. He and his lady, Dyrfinna, both discovered thrown weapons at the 2010 Gyldenholt / Calafia Friendship Tourney as part of the Highland Games.
