The Wreath Sovereign of Arms is one of two primary deputies of Laurel Sovereign of Arms. Since August 2001, when the title was first put into use, Wreath has been responsible for making final decisions on armory submissions.
Two holders of this title have lived in Caid, though Dame Zenobia had moved to the Kingdom of An Tir before she served in the office.
