Good day, Lady Meave! There are several steps involved in uploading an image file.

1. We will need a release form from the artist before we can use it on the Wiki - the releases can be found at the kingdom release forms site, and they need to be edited and saved using Adobe Reader 10 or later.

2. Then they need to be emailed to me at dubhghall dot mac dot aodha at gmail dot com, as well as the Deputy Webwright in charge of releases at releases at sca-caid dot org, as .pdf attachments.

3. The file also needs to be emailed to me so that I can upload it.
