Inspired by the work done by Duke Laurelen Darksbane to document the history of the Midrealm for the 50 Year Celebration, this page represents a chronicle of Caidan reigns as remembered by the monarchs themselves. Those who have reigned provide a unique insight into the living history that is the Current Middle Ages.
The basic questions asked of Caid's monarchs were:
- What was the most important single or several thing/s that happened to the KINGDOM during your reign?
- What was the most important single or several thing/s that happened to YOU during your reign?
- What was the most important single or several thing/s that YOU DID during your reign?
- What was the single or several most HUMOROUS thing/s that you remember from your reign?
- What was the single or several most SERIOUS thing/s that you remember from your reign?
- What was the most MEMORABLE PRESENTATION/s you received during your reign?
Note: Former monarchs were free to answer as many or as few of the questions as they wished, and their responses are listed below. Each reign is treated as a single entity.
