Cooking is one of the fundamental arts and sciences of the SCA. Some cooking activities include:

  • Preparing food for feasts, lunches, war camps, etc.
  • Redacting period recipes and attempting to recreate period food
  • "Sotelties" (food disguised as other food or used as decorative, edible centrepiece)
