Bjorn Zenthffeer
fallen in Spring Crown Tourney, A.S. XLII

Bjorn Zenthffeer, King Edric’s squire
For Crown and fair Roisin
For Honour, Love and Kingdom fought
That Spring day on the green.

Two Knights he drew upon that day
Two Knights of high esteem
Two Knights he fought with all his might
For Crown and fair Roisin.

Sir Mons von Goarshausen was first.
Like two bears did they fight
And though Bjorn fought mightily
He could not best this Knight.

Roisin grew pale to see her Lord
Upon the field in death
But when he stirred and drew the bye
At last she took a breath.

Sir Dante then was called to be
Lord Bjorn’s second foe
And though they battled valiantly
Sir Dante laid him low.

For Honour, Love and Chivalry
For Crown and for Roisin
Lord Bjorn fought with gallantry
To make his Lady Queen.
