Darius von Tannenberg
fallen in Spring Crown Tourney, A.S. XLII

It May Be Said

Of a man, it may be said he has three loves:
Love of wife and family,
Love of his land and all in his care,
Love of country and King;
And of the man Darius von Tannenberg
It is said he has these three loves.

Of a noble, it may be said he has three duties:
Duty to kith and kin;
Duty to land and law;
Duty to country and King;
And of the noble Darius von Tannenberg
It is said he keeps his duties close to his heart.

Of a warrior, it may be said he has three faiths:
Faith in his blade defending his home,
Faith in his shield held above his lands,
Faith in his country and in the rule of his King;
And of the warrior Darius von Tannenberg
It is said he is a faithful man to his noble bones.
