Bartolomew, or Bart, moved to Caid from the East Kingdom. He was active in the Barony of Carillion, and in addition to a myriad of other offices, served for 5 years as the landed Baron of Carillion with his wife Amsha al Sirhan. Bart was an active contributor to the Rialto, and is perhaps best known for his article Bart's Pennsic Thingy.
Persona
Bart is from southern England but "vacationed" in France and Spain with the Black Prince.
