Major Caidan war.
History
Portrero Regional Park was located by Baron Talanque of Calafia in 1985. The Park was first used by the SCA as the site of the "War on Poverty", in 1986, autocratted by Giles Hill of Sweetwater, with Cristobal degli Glicine che Mangia Uome and Elspeth ni Conchobhair o Ciarraighe as co-autocrats. The event proved so popular that Calafia has hosted 'wars' at the park each Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend since.
