We had a total of 18 donations this December. That means we saved up to 54 lives! In the past three years, Caid has made 80 December donations, saving up to 240 lives!

I would like to thank everyone who donated this year and helped get the word out. I would also like to give a special thank you to Mistress Bridget Lucia MacKenzie. She again took this challenge very personally and was so determined that Altavia keep their status as Blood Champions that 8 of Altavia’s 15 winning donations were her’s! She donated platelets as well as made friends at the donor center to provide their information for the challenge.

Thank you so much for your support in this. Please remember that December isn’t the only month you can make a difference and save a life…please donate blood and platelets as often as you can and look for us again next December!
