Meggan of the Angels joined the SCA in December AS LVI (2021). She has attended the Queen's Champion Tournament Spring LVI (2022), the Queen's Champion Ranged Tournament Spring LVI (2022) and Caid's Spring Crown Tournament LVI (2022).
When not shooting arrows, Meggan can be heard playing a lot of Irish flute and looks forward to drum circles at war. She also is learning Egyptian bellydancing and has a passion for waving flags.
Meggan recently completed her first Crown Poem as her first bardic/volunteer endeavor in the SCA.
Persona
Meggan's persona is 15th century Welsh. She shoots combat and target archery with a 64" longbow.
Although not religious, Meggan follows the Patron Saint of Wales, also the Patron Saint of Vegetarians; Saint David's teachings of abstaining from eating animal flesh.
She lives with her Scottish m'lord Christopher, a fellow Angel's archer in their duo Viking-style wedge tent household.
