Lady Una Logan

Originally from the shire of Hartshorn-dale in the East Kingdom, she moved to Caid in 2004.

Persona

Una is a late 13th century Scottish lady born to James Logan, the Logan Clan Chieftain, a wealthy and educated land owner in the Black Isle of northern Scotland. Una's brothers and extended family were coerced by the English King, Edward I, into relocating to northern Ireland to dilute the unrest of the Irish towards the English. After several years of no improvement in the situation most of her family covertly returned to Scotland to live on the farm and have a peaceful life. Two of her older six brothers had found Irish wives and settled down in Antrim in the north of Ireland. As a welcome home, Una's Uncle Walter Logan invited the family to his home in Hartside. That was the day Una met and instantly fell in love with Lord William Walworth de Durham on the fields of Hartside with the spring baby lambs covering the hills. They had their hand fasting in Una's Uncle's home the summer of 1305 and were married in June 1306. Una and William settled on a large parcel of land that was given to them as a wedding gift by her father. Their home is always filled with music, laughter, family and friends. They have 5 children - two boys and three girls - and adopted a young man named Tuathal and his wife Aelesia. The family continues to grow and their life is full of love and peace.
