  2. Metalwork: reproducing a Greek geometric period fibula
  3. Card Weaving: beginner
  4. Mead Making: introduction to mead, fourteenth century French mead, sima (a post-period Finnish short mead), tej (a period Ethiopian mead)
  5. Soda Making: various yeast sodas (root beer, ginger beer, ginger ale, jamaica, etc.)
  6. Cooking: mead mustard, dill pickles, mozzarella cheese, sourdough bread (in a camp oven), focaccia (in a camp oven), funnel cakes
  7. Embroidery: Viking ösenstich, double running stitch
  8. Sprang: beginning and intermediate
  9. Scholarly: historical method, introduction to lyrical translation, translating Chaucer to modern English
