Persona
Also known as The Bear of Bashwood.
An escaped circus bear that found refuge in the not quite forest outside of Bath, England, The Bear of Bathurst was curiously exploring the nearby hot springs and wound up being indoctrinated into the cult of Sulis. There he was trained in the arts of hospitality, entertainment, healing and mind afflicting curses, which when combined allowed him to convince those around him he was actually a human, and not in fact an actual Bear.
After eating someone a little too important, he fled by ship to the Netherlands.
