For the Royal peers, I would change it to read that those who complete a full reign of six months become a count/earl or countess and those who complete a second full reign become a duke or duchess. The kingdom has registered an "Order of the Barbed Pheon." According to my research, said order was a recognition of particularly well-crafted puns, and was given out by members of the order, rather than the Crown. I don't know much more than that, and am hesitant to include it.
