The Seraph Bard is the designation given to the winner of the annual Bardic competition in the Barony of the Angels, usually held at Yule.
Purpose
The Seraph Bard is charged with furthering the Bardic Arts on behalf of and for the enjoyment of the Barony of the Angels.
