Their Majesties [[Edward and Mora]] invite one and all to attend them on this day as they pass the Crown and Kingdom to their heirs. The Barony of Starkhafn, having been graced with the honor of hosting this day, bid the peoples of the known world welcome! Bring your indoor banners to add to the pageantry as we celebrate this bittersweet day: the passing of one Crown and the birth of another.
Site opens at 8:00 a.m. The final court of Their Majesties will begin at 10 a.m. Lunch break will be followed by the first court of the new Crowns. The closing of this court will lead immediately into feast, followed by dancing until close of site at 10 p.m.
A bag lunch will be available for sale on site, in addition to the local restaurants.
The feast will be a sumptuous affair, as befits the grandeur of the day. Seating will be by reservation only. Feast menu is planned as follows (menu subject to change based on availability, cost and chef’s whim):
· Bread, butter and honey-butter,
· Norman Onion soup or summer sausage and cheese bites,
· Green Salad.
· Roast pork tenderloin (chicken for non-porkers),
· Turnips au gratin, peas w/savory, rice & wild mushrooms, green beans w/almonds, glazed baby carrots.
· Apple crisp dessert.
Questions concerning food allergies or ingredients should be addressed to the feastocrat, Master [[Jamal Damien Marcus]]
The event will be held at the Masonic Memorial Temple at 2200 W. Mesquite Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89106. Merchant space is planned.
Crash space will be coordinated to ease the traveling woes of our distant cousins. For those choosing to fly, transportation to and from the airport will also be provided by members of the Barony. More information will be forthcoming; see event information on the CAID or Starkhafn websites.
