Mora, when uploading files, upload them with a new name. When you uploaded Giovanni's photo over the "photo_needed.jpg" it turned everyone on the website who doesn't have a custom photo into Giovanni. So next time, click on the upload file button (left hand side menu), upload a new file (that doesn't conflict with any other names), and then on the indivudal page replace the photo_needed.jpg text with the name of the file you uploaded.
