Caid's original A&S magazines, The Arts Quarterly and The Scientific Caidan and Son of the Scientific Caidan were published by the then separate Office of Arts and the Office of Sciences. The Arts Quarterly was created to serve as an arts forum for the Kingdom and featured articles, book reviews and poetry. It was published four times a year in January, April, July and October. In 1991, the Arts Quarterly and Son of the Scientific Caidan were merged into the Bold textArs Caidis which was published as a combined effort of the Caidan Ministry of Arts and of the Caidan Ministry of Sciences.
