The Society requires us to collect release information for new media added to Compendium Caidis. To facilitate this:
- The right to upload media files to the wiki is restricted to a few editors. Users in the "commenters" group will not see an "Upload file" link in the left-side bar
- The Kingdom Webwright has set up a form where anyone can submit up to five files at a time with an electronic release to publish the images on this wiki. These files will go to the wiki editors for inclusion on the site. This form is at Media Submission Form. For users' convenience, a link to this resource is in the left-side bar labeled "Media Submission Form"

Media Sites
Here are the sites that have given us permission to use their Media on the Caid Wiki site. Always attach the name of the photographer in the caption during the uploading process.
If you are willing to share your pictures and other media, please contact wiki at caid-commons.org.
Full Use
Compendium Caidis has obtained releases to use images from the following sites. Copyright of the media still belongs to the individual, however additional releases need not be collected prior to uploading images from these sites. Always provide credit on each image's "File:" page.
- Images already published on The Kingdom of Caid website may be used here without additional releases. This includes the Caid Roll of Arms. Please try and provide credit on the file's "File:" page, if known.
- Eilidh's Web Site - Photos on the site credited to "Cat C. Ellen" are provided under a Creative Commons license and may be used here without additional releases. Credit to "Cat C. Ellen (Eilidh Swann)"
- Rutilia Fausta's SCA pictures gallery - Credit to Rutilia Fausta
