Lord Brynjólfr Brandsson (or Bryn for short) is currently the reeve of Gyldenholt. He joined the SCA in 2008. After attending newcomers classes, his first event was Baron's Feast 2008. He and his lady, Dyrfinna, both discovered thrown weapons at the 2010 Gyldenholt / Calafia Friendship Tourney as part of the Highland Games. He latched onto the thrown weapons community and has served offices at both the baronial and kingdom level, rewriting the thrown weapons handbook in 2015 with help from the community, running many competitions, and even winning a few. Brynólfr also enjoys pewter smithing and woodworking, and has made buttons, event site tokens, and pentathlon entries. He received a Dolphin on 06/27/2015 from TRM Athanaric and Sigriðr
He is married to Dyrfinna Drengsdottir.
