Edward Oakenheart
fallen in Spring Crown Tourney, A.S. XLII
Where deer rest in yellow grass beneath great oaks,
And grapes upon the hilside grow
That is where the Oakenhearts reside within the kingdom
When tourney feast and revel are done
A pair who delight in tradition and romance
for them tis not enough to dance
but to dig in and work on shire affairs
so that there is enough fun for all and to spare.
The Oakenheart partakes in the royal tourneys,
For he loves the sport and feast and journeys,
But more I say they love the fun
And work to make it so for everyone.
Let us raise a glass in splendid cheer
for those that love our kingdom dear
Hazah!
