Springtime mantleth ev'ry bough, and bowyers make for shepherds' sport; birds and beasts are of consort. . .

Good subjects of CAID, take heed! Prepare ye for the College of the Voyagers MAY DAY TOURNAMENT, May 5, 1990 at Occidental College, Eagle Rock.

With a chance to crown yourself and your consort King and Queen of the May, and the choosing of the Champion for the College, the day will include great merriment, lusty and chivalrous fighting, most excellent food for sale featuring the famous turkey legs and bottomless tankards of lemonade, contests to sharpen the wit, dancing to nimble the feet for the evening's revel, and no doubt some fa-la-la and hey-nonny-no on the side. Bring your old items or donations to the Argent Oliphaunt Sale--they may be another's treasure, and the sale will help us and our barony.

Herewith follows published the schedule of the day:

• 7:30am Hall opens and Set-up begins
• 9:00am Lists Open
• 10:00am Opening Court
  

Lists close 1/2 hour after opening Court ends. Tournament, Contests, Dancing Practice, Argent Oliphaunt Sale, Luncheon

• 5:00pm Closing Court
• 7:30pm Revel Hall Opens
• 12:00pm Revel Hall Closes
