Change to how User Groups Work
Great news! The Kingdom Webwright has given us a 3 month window to test to see how it would work if all users had edit abilities. So all users have been added to the "Commenters" group which allows you to edit live pages and upload photos. Jump right in and start adding new pages and editing old ones! If you need help on how to edit the wiki, visit Help:Contents. If I don't know who you are (i.e. I need to match your SCA name to your wiki account) you will not be added to the commenters group. This is rare, only a few of you I haven't been able to place. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need further help. --Kolfinna 13:32, 20 August 2008 (PDT)
Knights' Pages and Upload
- Good evening, Sir Mansur.
- Thank you for catching the missed updates for Sir Haldorr's knightly status. I know we've needed an editor specifically tasked with keeping up with changes to the Chivalry and Knights' pages. Are you interested in keeping an eye on that? Pretty much what would be needed is to keep track of when the Crown creates a new knight, that the knight's page is updated ("Sir" rather than "THL", for example), photograph added to the Chivalry page, name added to the Chivalry Elevations Per Reign page, Chivalry Tree, etc. Between knightings, if you felt like improving historical information related to the Order, that would be welcome, but not required.
- Also, I've activated your user account for upload rights. When you upload media you are granting permission to publish that media on this wiki website indefinitely. In the "Summary" section of each image, please credit the photographer or artist who created the image. Once uploaded, images may be subsequently removed upon request of the author or subject.--Lachlan 23:48, 26 June 2014 (PDT)
I'd be glad to watch the Chiv page. HRM Bridget was asking for a volunteer at council and I offered to do it.
And thank you very much for giving me upload rights!
- No problem! Thanks for helping out!--Lachlan 23:42, 19 August 2014 (PDT)
