Thank you for the contributions so far! --Kolfinna 18:01, 19 October 2008 (PDT)

Thanks for all the contributions so far, but you are using an outdated version of the populace template.

When creating new pages I would recommend (the stuff inside the nowiki tags):

stub

Thanks --Kolfinna 12:27, 23 October 2008 (PDT)

Just wanted to send another thanks to you, your contributions have been great so far! --Kolfinna 08:38, 20 February 2009 (PST)

Think i just walked over what changes you made to http://wiki.caid-commons.org/index.php/Edward_II_and_Mora_II's_Royal_Court#Lords_and_Ladies_in_Waiting page ( I was editing it at the same time) --(fergal)

Estrella War Pic

 • Hi, Avenel. Would you please be so kind to supply a photograph from Estrella for Estrella War 2009 sidebar? Select the pic from your collection that best represents Caid at the war. Thanks.--Lachlan 11:01, 9 March 2009 (PDT)

Media Release

Avenel, did you want to list your photo site on the media release page? Help:Media Or would you prefer for you to make all the editorial decisions on photos? --Kolfinna 14:42, 13 March 2009 (PDT)

My site is available, except for the set 'Therese's Photos'. Those photos would require permission from Therese Doty. Some sets are credited to Oliver Dogberry. Some individual photos were taken by others using my camera, generally pictures of me, and are not currently credited as such on my site. I'm not sure about the status of Talanque's photos. They were given to my by Rowan Lynne after Talanque's death. They should be credited to him, if used.

Article Titles

According to site rules, Populace pages should be made using the registered name of the individual. If the individual has different "use names", those spellings may redirect to the article under the registered spelling, and they may be mentioned in the text of the article. So, for example, "Muirenn ingen Donndubáin" is the registered spelling, so her page should be under that spelling. If she commonly uses "Muirrenn Ingen Dondubain", then the article under that spelling should redirect. If you need help discovering the registered spellings of individuals, please feel free to ask.--Lachlan 12:41, 16 March 2009 (PDT)

I checked the O & A, and didn't see it. I'll look more carefully in the future.

 • No problem. Now I know for sure that you're careful and using the right tools to determine registered spellings, just missed one. Sorry for nagging you. Thank you for the excellent work thusfar, especially for providing pictures.

Editor

Hi, Avenel. You've been pretty active, which we really appreciate. Would you be willing to serve as a Wiki Editor? I so, I'd assign you to keep an eye on Calafia-related articles, making sure they're updated as needed, etc.--Lachlan 14:35, 1 April 2009 (PDT)

I'm willing to do that.

Borked Photos

The server glitched last week and decided to crush a few photos. I've done all the back end cleaning up, but a few of your shots need to be reuploaded.
