Interesting, I had not realized the Pelicans never officially adopted the robe. I have been working on a cloak for a few years now with the intention of making a Caid peerage robe but for my knighthood/royal peer with the vague understanding that the blue robes were "peerage" robes. Now that I think of it, the official pelican ceremony has the robe as a part of it, wouldn't that make it official? Awesome article as always Eowyn. --[[User:Kottr|Kolfinna]] 14:08, 26 August 2009 (PDT)

The official Pelican ceremony has borrowed the Laurel wording, for those who want to use it. I think it would be awesome to see an Order Robe with all the Orders to which you belong upon it, with the badges in the left front (white belt, rose wreath, and pelican), and the rest of the cloak plain blue. BTW, I added the article due to a current discussion on the Pelican list.--[[User:EowynA|EowynA]] 14:32, 26 August 2009 (PDT)
