My recollection is that the Order of the Dolphin (from the reign of Prince Gregory and Princess Vivian, if you'll recall) came first. I am not sure that we had a Dolphin Herald before we were a kingdom - might ask Hrorek, as he was the first. My recollection is that the Order of the Dolphin (from the reign of Prince Gregory and Princess Vivian, if you'll recall) came first.
