Credits

While the original sources are credited in this article, this is almost a complete ripoff of what's found at s23.org/wiki/Cloved_Lemon_Kissing_Game. Hopefully that's not a problem--the s23 article can be used freely if it's not used for commercial purposes, but I wanted to give credit where credit's due. I've seen a lot of debate about who actually started the game, but haven't found any sources I'm sure about. If anyone knows, please add it to the article. Cloven Lemon

I had long thought that the usage "cloven lemon" was incorrect. However, this may be a reference to Shakespeare as added in the article. Does anyone know if this joke in Love's Labour's Lost was a source for the origin of our cloved lemon? It seems appropriate that a comedy about love could be a source for a tongue-in-cheek kissing game.... Eldwin Nightowl 11:53, 6 December 2008 (PST)
