The Queen's Order of Grace (or QOG) is given to those whom the Queen of the West finds courteous to all. Members of this Order may wear a medallion of a crowned rose, from which is dependent a pearl.

The original medallion was a large hand-painted wooden Tudor rose, dependent from a green and white ribbon, with a pearl hanging from the lowest petal of the rose. Subsequently, this was replaced by a silver rose. (See http://heralds.westkingdom.org/Awards/QueensOrderOfGrace.htm for a photo of the latter and a list of recipients.)

The first Caidans to receive a QOG were Viscount Sir Christian of Orange and Viscount Sir Hugh the Undecided, both on October 13, AS VIII from Queen Seitse at Angels Anniversary 1973.
