King [[Paul of Bellatrix]] and Queen [[Carol of Bellatrix]] called forward representatives of the four Caidan Baronies ([[Calafia]], [[Angels]], [[Isles]] and [[Dreiburgen| Three Mountains]], as well as the West Kingdom's Barony of Madrone, chartered all five, and gave the governance of the Baronies into the hands of their respective seneschals.
