King Paul of Bellatrix and Queen Carol of Bellatrix called forward representatives of the four Caidan Baronies (Calafia, Angels, Isles and Three Mountains, as well as the West Kingdom's Barony of Madrone, chartered all five, and gave the governance of the Baronies into the hands of their respective seneschals.
