Hematite is the title of the herald of the Canton of [[Gallavally]], a deputy to the [[Blue Mountain]] herald of [[Dreiburgen]]. The name is a pun on the modern name of the area, "Hemet".

Gallavally is the only canton in Caid with a registered heraldic title. The policies regarding registration of heraldic titles for branches has varied over time, and this title was registered in a period when dependent groups could request a registered heraldic title.
