- We stayed in the House Valentine encampment, right on the lake shore, which was nice, though it was a long walk to the battlefield. I fought in the "Consort's Heart" Rapier Pas d'Armes organized by Don Lot Ramirez, which was very fun. I attempted one combat while using as my secondary a 12-foot flagpole with Cassandre's standard flying in a stiff wind. I felt like I was going to set sail!--Lachlan of Cromarty
