Dreiburgen's BEGGARS PICNIC will be held on Sunday, August 17 starting at 10 AM in Sylvan Park, Redlands. Lunch will be for sale. Contests include:
- (1) Dirtiest Beggar
- (2) Most Authentic Medieval Beggar
- (3) Artful Groveling
- (4) Most Heartrending Beggars Tale (time limit: 3 minutes)
(Directions were accompanied by a hand-drawn map done by Maestra Flavia Beatrice Carmigniani)
Dreiburgen has a new Seneschale: Rowena de Segovia, who replaces Æoelwig Æoelfwigson. Lady Rowena can be contacted at (deleted) for info on Riverside & environs SCA activities.
