CANTON FRIENDSHIP TOUNEY

GallavallyAl-SahidSteinsee – Rath Fianinnan

Come one, come all to the Barony of Dreiburgen on April 20, 1991 for a day of crossed swords… but not cross words. For it is for the high honor of friendship and courtesy that we meet upon the tourney field. All Ladies and Lords are encouraged to fashion a favor of friendship to bestow upon a gallant fighter to bear into glorious battle. And since friendship is a generous virtue, any number of favors (from both Lords and Ladies alike in any assortment) may be carried upon the field by each fighter. In addition to both Light and Heavy weapon double-elimination, there will be something special for our bravest fighters, as well as a variety of games and contests conducted throughout the day in keeping with the noble spirit of friendship. And when the day is spent and our victorious honored, all may revel the evening through and toast new friends made and old friends met.

Schedule of the Day:

  • 7:30 – Set-up
  • 9:30 – Opening Court Lists open
  • 4:30 – Closing Court
  • 5:00 – Dinner Break (Possibly a feast)
  • 7:00 – Dessert Revel and Bardic Circle
