Bring your blades, your friends, your friends’ blades, and your prowess to the Shire of Isles for a day full of fun, camaraderie, and skill amid cool ocean breezes.
This year's Kingdom Rapier Championship will feature the group round robins to choose the quarter-finalists, followed by a showcase Cut & Thrust tournament, which will also award places in the final rounds. Now, go and get authorized for Cut & Thrust!
An unofficial revel is planned for after the event; all are welcome.
Schedule of the Day

- 11:15 Championship Lists Close
- 12:00 Kingdom Championship begins
- 2:30 Cut & Thrust Showcase List
- 3:30 Final Rounds
- 5:00 Closing Court

In order to best gather the kingdom for a celebration of rapier, there will be no site fee. We will put out jars for the kingdom rapier fund and shire treasury, should you wish to donate.
So... sleep late, free event, lots of fighting, cut & thrust list, revel, crash space if you need it. We hope to see you here!
Site: Stow Grove County Park, 580 N La Patera Ln, Goleta, CA 93117. Staking is not possible at the park. However, there are numerous shade trees, so please leave your pavilion at home and sleep in an hour later. Unfortunately, city policy forbids merchants in this park.
