Bonesig Angharat Goch verch Gwenhover

Persona

  • (SCA) Originally from the Barony of Bergental in the Kingdom of the East, Angharat has lived in Caid since the winter of AS XLVI. She is the daughter of Ginevra of Bergental, and the niece of Lord Eli of Bergental.
  • (Persona) Born in Snowdonia (mountainous region of Northern Wales) in 1387, Angharat grew up entranced by the legends and lore of her people - most especially the Arthurian myth cycles and the ancient British mythology collection known as the Mabinogion. Blessed to be born with an unusually educated grandmother and doting grandfather, Angharat is literate in Welsh and fluent in both French and English, as well as her native tongue. Her greatest joys include reading, singing and other bardic pursuits, as well as being out of doors. Angharat is a proud patriot and early supporter of Owain Glyndwr, who during her lifetime has lead the Welsh to freedom from Norman oppression. When not on pilgrimage or visiting family, she resides on her aunt's rural estates in the Snowdonian mountains.
