From the Crown Prints

1490! What an amazing time to be alive – Jean d’Arc has evicted the Plantagenet’s; Gutenberg has put 1000’s of scribes out of business, The Ottoman’s are being empirical, the Spanish are doing a little house cleaning, the English are busy fighting over painting the roses red (no, White!), and Explorers are discovering and claiming centuries old cultures around the globe! (Do you have a flag?)

The Barony of Altavia welcomes the good gentles of Caid to "A 15th Century Yule.” Join us for an evening of food and fun with family and friends.

Going's On

DANCING! After dinner we’ll have plenty of space and time to lead the dancers through many merry steps, as well as for the non-dancers to game and visit.

Ornament Exchange: Bring one, Take one! Bring a beautiful ornament to put on our tree then take one home with you.

Bardic Competition/Showcase: Compete in the Baronial Championship – Perform any piece in a 15th Century style (please include a sentence or two about what makes it 15th Century style) or, if you would rather not compete, please feel free to sign up to do any kind of work just as entertainment.
