I think that the wording, "...became one of the five premiers..." was more accurate. All five were elevated at the same time and are equivalent. I'm not exactly sure how simultaneous grants are handled in the Order of Precedence.--Lachlan (talk) 22:53, 12 October 2015 (PDT)
